Poppy Seed Cake

Flour, all purpose1 1/8 cups
Baking powder2/3 teaspoons
Milk2/3 cups
Poppy seeds2/3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract2/3 teaspoons
Baking soda1/8 teaspoons
Sugar1 cups
Salad oil1/3 cups
Eggs1 1/8
Almond extract2/3 teaspoons
Salt2/3 teaspoons

Number of people served by the recipe: 4.

Combine all ingredients. Beat two minutes with mixer. Pour into two loaf pans, or one bundt pan, that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 for about an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean (the time depends a bit upon which type pan you use.)

As soon as cake comes out of the oven pour ORANGE ALMOND GLAZE over the top(see CJsKitchen ORANGE ALMOND GLAZE recipe).

This freezes well.
