| Flour, all purpose | 1 1/8 cups |
| Baking powder | 2/3 teaspoons |
| Milk | 2/3 cups |
| Poppy seeds | 2/3 tablespoons |
| Vanilla extract | 2/3 teaspoons |
| Baking soda | 1/8 teaspoons |
| Sugar | 1 cups |
| Salad oil | 1/3 cups |
| Eggs | 1 1/8 |
| Almond extract | 2/3 teaspoons |
| Salt | 2/3 teaspoons |
Combine all ingredients. Beat two minutes with mixer. Pour into two loaf pans, or one bundt pan, that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 for about an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean (the time depends a bit upon which type pan you use.)
As soon as cake comes out of the oven pour ORANGE ALMOND GLAZE over the top(see CJsKitchen ORANGE ALMOND GLAZE recipe).
This freezes well.
