Spinach Dip

Spinach, pkg frozen1
Mayonnaise1 cups
Sour cream, light1 cups
Scallions1/2 cups
Parsley1/2 cups
Salt1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper1/8 teaspoons

Number of people served by the recipe: 4.

Squeeze liquid from spinach. Thinly slice the green onions eliminating top two or three inches of tough green. Mix all ingredients. Chill for 24 hours.

Additional ingredients to add if you wish:

  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • A teaspoon of lemon juice
