| Spinach, pkg frozen | 1 |
| Mayonnaise | 1 cups |
| Sour cream, light | 1 cups |
| Scallions | 1/2 cups |
| Parsley | 1/2 cups |
| Salt | 1/2 teaspoons |
| Black pepper | 1/8 teaspoons |
Squeeze liquid from spinach. Thinly slice the green onions eliminating top two or three inches of tough green. Mix all ingredients. Chill for 24 hours.
