Chicken With Mustard-Honey Glaze |

| Chicken | 1 |
| Honey | 1/2 cups |
| Dijon mustard | 1/4 cups |
| Salt | 1 teaspoons |
| Curry powder | 1 teaspoons |
| Unsalted butter | 1/4 cups |
Pre-heat oven: 350 degrees
Cut broiler/fryer into serving pieces. Place skin side down in a shallow baking pan. Combine all ingredients, mix well, and pour or brush 1/2 over chicken. Bake covered for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.
Turn chicken skin side up. Add the rest of the honey-mustard mixture and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
