Chicken With Mustard-Honey Glaze

Honey1/2 cups
Dijon mustard1/4 cups
Salt1 teaspoons
Curry powder1 teaspoons
Unsalted butter1/4 cups

Number of people served by the recipe: 4.

Pre-heat oven: 350 degrees

Cut broiler/fryer into serving pieces. Place skin side down in a shallow baking pan. Combine all ingredients, mix well, and pour or brush 1/2 over chicken. Bake covered for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.

Turn chicken skin side up. Add the rest of the honey-mustard mixture and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
