Apple-Cranberry Chutney

Granny Smith apple4/5
Brown sugar1/8 cups
Golden seedles raisins1/8 cups
Sweet onions1/8 cups
Ground allspice1/8 teaspoons
Ground cinnamon1/8 oz.
Ground ginger1/8 oz.
Ground cloves1/8 oz.
Cider vinegar1/8 cups
Water1/3 cups

Chop apples into 1/4" pieces. Finely chop onion. To medium saucepan, add the cranberries, apple, onion and all the other ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Turn heat to low, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve at room temperature or cold. This is good on chicken or pork or used as a condiment for rice.
