Jalapeno peppers2

Avocado1
Garlic clove2
Cilantro2 tablespoons

Number of people served by the recipe: 4.

In a medium bown add chopped tomatoes, finely sliced scallions including one or two inches just above the white bulb, minced jalapeno peppers (wear gloves!), minced garlic and chopped avocado. Squeeze lime juice over all and gently toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours before servince.
