| Brown rice | 1 cups |
| Tofu, firm | 1/2 cups |
| Carrots | 2 |
| Apple | 1 |
| Radishes | 4 |
| Pine nuts | 1/4 cups |
| Currents | 1/4 cups |
| Sesame oil | 3 tablespoons |
| Tofu | 1 teaspoons |
Cook brown rice and chill.
Wash and cut up the carrots, apple, radishes. Cut the firm tofu into small cubes. Mix well with all remaining ingredients.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
This dish makes a good main course or side dish.
Tip: this salad will already be sweet because of the raisins and apple. However, you might want to mix in a small amount of any type of fruit juice that you have on hand for extra sweetness.
