| Beef ribs | 2 pounds |
| Barbeque sauce | 1/4 cups |
| Garlic clove | 4 tablespoons |
| Sesame oil | 3 tablespoons |
| Salt | 1 teaspoons |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 teaspoons |
Mince the garlic and add with all other ingredients to a large covered oven-safe dish. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Cook the ribs for at least two hours.
The next step can either be done in the oven or using an outdoor barbeque:
Remove the ribs from the oven being careful to drain them of excess liqufied fat. Finish cooking either on an outdoor barbeque or in a clean uncovered oven-safe baking dish.
The purpose of this second step is to slightly dry out the ribs and reduce excess fat.
